These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tailwise mobile application and related services operated by Tailwise (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using Tailwise, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Tailwise and purchase subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Tailwise offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. The following products may be available:
Payment & renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Tailwise app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Subscription billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Contact the store where you purchased for billing questions.
You agree not to misuse Tailwise, harass other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent security or payment systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
Tailwise is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tailwise connects pet owners with third-party service providers; we are not responsible for the conduct or services of third parties listed in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
